As an instructional designer, I have assessed the training needs of companies in many different sectors (eg. health, finance, utilities, retail), and designed blended learning specific to their requirements. I feel it’s important not to assume that elearning will be the solution, rather that each company will have individual wants and needs, which will dictate which learning solution will give the most successful outcome.
I have had experience of SAP in the form of ISU and C4C, Cerner within the NHS, and many different learning management systems (eg, Docebo, Saba, iSpring etc.).
I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise and the Adobe CC suite. I can create my own illustrations using Adobe Illustrator, and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
I have experience in all stages of course creation and design, and I have designed and written both in-person training materials and elearning. This ensures that I can analyse your exact needs and design a solution that will give you the results you require.
