You need more money, so how about earning it online as a freelance writer?
You can do it from the comfort of your own home, in the evenings after work, or in spare moments you have during the day. That’s exactly what I do (and have done for over a decade now) and I can’t recommend it enough!
It’s amazing to be able to earn money working from home. I don’t miss the morning commute, and I really don’t envy people having to do that when it starts to get really cold in the depths of winter.
Instead, I’m tucked up at home in the warm, with a cup of tea (sorry, I’m not a coffee fan 😊) and my favorite fluffy socks.
How to start
I started this journey when my children were small, as I was fed up with leaving them every morning and finding they’d already been put to bed when I got back in after working. Over the years this career has enabled me to be with them as they grow up (OK, the teenage years may have been a struggle, and I’m not gonna lie – sometimes I dreamed of being able to have an office job again just so I wouldn’t have to be in the middle of their bickering!). But apart from that, being my own boss and working from where I want has been fabulous and I want that for you too.
